Pastoor Derek and Jen believe that God is going to awaken the hearts of His children. They believe that God wants to see Missoula saved, set free and delivered. He wants to transform lives. They want to see people realize God’s spirit lives inside of them and therefore we carry the power to do all He has called us to do.

Engaging Heaven Church in Missoula is centered around the unwatered down Gospel of Jesus Christ. God sent His one and only Son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrifice for our sins. Without this act of love, we would never be at peace with God and never have an eternal hope. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man can come to the Father except through Him. The Holy Spirit was sent to all whom call upon Him to be a comforter and a helper. The Holy Spirit gives us power to be His witnesses to our families, communities, and to the ends of the Earth.

As a church, it is our directive and objective to teach and live by the Word of God. We will not just be hearers of His Word but also doers. We love the communities we live in and reach out to them to love them like Christ loves us. We are servant-minded and look for opportunities to help those who cannot help themselves. We care for the poor and broken-hearted and strive to share the love of Jesus with them. We believe in signs, wonders, and miracles. The gifts of the Spirit were not just for a specific time or specific believers - they are for every believer, every day.

We don’t believe that there is a Jr. Holy Spirit, we teach the kids how to hear the Voice of God, prophecy and pray over each other. We are raising world changers. We have classes for 6 months to 4 years old and then children’s church for 5 years old to 6th grade.
