Derek & Jen Talley
Lead Pastors
Derek and Jen have been in ministry leadership for the last 12 years. They helped Pastor James Levesque plant Engaging Heaven Church in 2008 and then moved back to Montana in 2012. They have served in different capacities in different churches before being called to start a church in Missoula.
In 2019, they partnered with Engaging Heaven Church in Connecticut, and Engaging Heaven Church Missoula was formed.

Laurie Condra
Youth Pastor & Adminstrative Assistant
Laurie Condra is the Youth Pastor of RUACH Student Ministries.
She and her husband Kyle originate from Middle Tennessee, but they followed a faith-filled journey to become transplants in October of 2020. Laurie has served in church leadership for 12 years, 10 years of it spanning across multiple ministries at Canvas Community Church in Manchester, Tn. She is currently enrolled in Engaging Heaven School of Ministry pursuing a pastoral degree.
Laurie’s desire is to see youth encounter Jesus in real and intimate ways, with the fruit of those moments being a deep rooted “YES” in their hearts towards Jesus that will last them all their lives. She truly believes that in this next generation’s desire for real and authentic lies the catalyst for these teens to seek and believe the Lord for things we haven’t fathomed yet.

Crystal Elama
Worship Director
Crystal Elama has served as the Worship Director at Engaging Heaven Church since its planting in 2019. A Montana native, she attended Master's Commission in WA, where her passion for ministry and worship was cultivated.
After living in Seattle for 15 years, she returned to Montana with her family in 2017.
Crystal and her husband Tua are very proud parents of two children.
Her heart is to lead people into the presence of God through authentic, Spirit-led worship. She desires to see worshippers encounter Jesus, grow in intimacy with Him, and become lifelong worshippers who carry His presence wherever they go.

Kammie Greenwell
Children's Director
Kammie Greenwell serves as the Children's Director of Engaging Heaven.
Originally from Tennessee, she attended Redemption School of Ministry in Chattanooga in 2022 and has served for 4 years as an intern at Canvas Community Church in Manchester, TN.
In 2025, God called her to Missoula to be part of what He is doing in it.
Kammie's passion is to see every child know Jesus, discover who God created them to be, and walk confidently in their faith.
Her vision for Engaging Heaven Children's Ministry is "Changing the World One Child at a Time," raising up a generation with faith that moves mountains, prayer that changes atmospheres, by the Sword of the Spirit, and a firm foundation in the truth of God's Word. She believes that children are world changers, and that God has incredible purposes for every one of them.
